We are selling our products exclusively to commercial customers, retailers, specialist dealers and designers. After the successful registration you can see our complete product line including all prices.
As a guest customer you cannot see any prices in our webshop. After your registration and the successfull activation of your account as a commercial customer you can see the net-prices of our articles. For the activation of your account it is neccessary to send us a business registration, a tradte registers excerpt or a notice of your value added tax number. You can send us the neccessary documents via email or upload them via the contact folder on our website.
ORDERING PROCESS:
We see our onlineshop as an alternative to a sales visit at your place. If you are wishing a personal meeting you can contact us and we can arrange a sales visit for you.
The shipping will take 5 - 15 working days. If there have to be made partial deliveries only the freight charges of the first delivery of the order will be charged.
RETURNS/ SELECTION:
The return of articles is - except at quality deficits - not possible.
Selection orders are also not possible.
